Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business – Generate leads, prospect potential clients, and close sales.
- Conduct Sales Consultations – Identify client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Maintain & Expand Client Relationships – Provide exceptional service to retain and grow your book of business.
- Educate Clients – Ensure customers understand their coverage options and benefits.
- Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals – Take initiative in meeting and surpassing individual and team targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish & English – Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented – Motivated to close deals and maximize earnings.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to gain trust and build long-term client relationships.
- Proactive & Competitive Mindset – Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Previous Sales Experience Preferred – Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is a plus.
- Must Be Licensed or Willing to Obtain – State insurance licensing required (we’ll guide you through the process).
