We’re seeking a highly organized, people-focused, bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our thriving insurance agency. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a leadership position, values exceptional customer experiences, and enjoys guiding a team toward shared goals.
As the Office Manager, you’ll coordinate daily workflows, mentor team members, and step in to resolve complex client issues—playing a central role in our agency’s success. You’ll also have opportunities to take on new responsibilities, with room to grow into higher-level leadership or sales-focused roles if desired.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee office operations and customer service team performance
- Develop and maintain efficient processes and service standards
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to meet client needs
- Handle escalated client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality service
- Collaborate with the agency owner to support business goals and growth initiatives
What You Bring
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills in both English and Spanish
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and improve processes
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Insurance experience a plus, but not required
